Behavioural Change Consultant

Graham is a Behavioural Change Consultant who enables change through consulting, coaching, speaking and the facilitation of engaging team development initiatives.  He has worked with Senior Management through to Graduates across a wide-range of industries to introduce, develop and nurture the skills and attitudes to manage the highs and lows the world can throw at you.

 

Graham’s approach when Coaching is tailored to each individual situation, listening before proposing solutions that brings a motivated approach to move forwards. Whether an individual client is a high-performer or is someone looking to re-engage with his or her passion for their role, Graham elicits and encourages fresh thinking to help the individual with the support each person feels they need.

 

From a Team Development perspective, Graham’s areas of focus include: Enabling Multi-Generational teams to collaborate more effectively, successfully evolving into Leadership and People Management, Developing Coaching capabilities across the Organisation and Enabling systemic behavioural change within the organisation.

 

Each programme is built upon strong foundations of theory and experience but designed around the needs of each client, with the change initiatives delivered through an appropriate blend of group and 1:1 interactions involving all stakeholders.

Graham’s background is in the Pharmaceutical Industry spanning various Operational, Leadership and Strategic roles including Learning & Development roles.   Sectors he has worked within are: Global Recruitment, Law, Pharmaceuticals, HR Consultancies.

 

Additional Information

 

Graham has completed of study an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, and has recently obtained a distinction in the Professional Certificate in Coaching from the same institution. He is also an accredited MBTI practitioner and is a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching and Behavioural Change.
