Coaching for Performance

Coaching is the most highly effective way to facilitate development of others to enable them to grow.  It’s a two-way partnership between the coach and coachee in the planning and achievement of developmental goals, either personal or professional or both. It is about helping others to reach their potential through a journey of self-discovery.

Coaches use non-directive techniques of listening, questioning and action planning in a structured setting to help individuals identify and achieve performance goals. The fundamental principle behind coaching is that the each individual is capable of owning and solving their own problems and that supporting, questioning and eliciting – rather than telling and directing.  Coaching empowers individuals to reach their goals faster and with greater satisfaction.
